Introduction 
This assignment gives you the opportunity to evaluate and critically analyze aspects of marketing and business environment. You are requested to apply the below three assignment tasks to an organization of your choice. You are required to write a formal business report that covers the three assessments tasks set out below. 
The individual performance and grading are according to BSBI’s grading criteria where additional marks will be awarded for juxtaposition of your answers. 

Learning Outcomes: 
1- Critically evaluate and analyze the principles of marketing 
2- Summarize and critically assess the key factors affecting business performance in international markets 
3- Critically analyze and appraise the impact of emerging issues on international marketing activities 
4 – Analyze and synthesize the element of marketing mix and the role of different elements in achieving marketing objectives 
5- Evaluate the response of an organization to global external forces. 

Assignment Tasks (equally weighted): 
1- Specify the marketing mix elements (i.e., the 4Ps) relevant to an organization of your choice, critically evaluate each element, and suggest improvements (LO1,LO4). 
2- Specify the key internal and external challenges affecting business performance (at least three challenges each) and suggest ways to handle these challenges (LO2). 
3- Specify one emerging issue that you think impacts the organization of your choice and suggest ways to cope with it (LO3& LO5).
