What form should it take?
There is no right or wrong way to present your journal. Your journal can take the form of:
• Scrapbooking
• Dairy entries, blogs, essay
• Visual (video, artwork, dance)
• Song, poetry
• For the more creative journaling, use End notes as a way to expand and provide context to your thoughts/reflections and also to reference

Essentially your journal should:
1. Take stock of your personal experience
2. Be written in the first person. 
3. Be aware that your journal is a public document in the sense that someone else will be reading it. Therefore, it is important that you consider the reader as you write. Your teacher was not in your head on your learning journey, so some context will be important. 
4. Content is more important than presentation. 
5. Process and immediacy are the key words to keep in mind as you write.

How can I structure my journal?
There is no hard rule structuring your journal, though a general structure could be:

o What did I learn? What did I feel? Why am I talking about this?  
o You can do this for each theme you explore, the course overall, a set of readings etc
