This Assessment Task focusses on the analysis of a Contemporary Case Study. There are two core components to this activity: to develop a draft framework (plan) as a group in-class activity and then using that framework (plan) create an individual report based on your analysis as it relates to the Case Study. 

Assessment Description

PART A (In-Class Report Framework) In Weeks 11/12 in-class crows (of 4 students) will be formed to work together, share ideas, discuss the case study concepts and work on preparing your individual draft framework/plan in response to the Case Study provided. As part of the in-class activities, you will develop a draft report framework. Attendance at these classes Is required, to assist you in preparing your individual report. Each student will individually submit a copy of their framework via Moodie and their individual report via Turnitin. 

PART B. (Individual) You will conduct an analysis of the key concepts identified by the Case Study and the associated fggr (4) questions. The Case Study will enable you to explore contemporary themes in relation to organisational change and innovation. You will be provided the Case Study by Week 6 on” Implementing organisational transformation in Auzee Engineering Services (AES)”. The group-work in-class component will enable you to use the framework/plan that you developed as part of your group to develop your individual report
