a) Prepare a risk assessment for the project using whatever tools and techniques you feel are applicable. You should assess all the major risks being faced by the project. (at least 10 risks)
 
(b) Develop a week by week resource histogram to show the Commissioning Engineers required each week during the Commissioning stage only. Identify the maximum number required during the stage. 

(c) Firstly, with respect to major progress review after 25 weeks determine the planned progress figure for each stage at this point in time. This information should be calculated with reference to the highlevel Gantt chart included as part (c) of the assignment. Using this information, evaluate the progress achieved and expenditure incurred on each stage (Table 1) at this point of the project. Discuss the implications for the projected completion date and the final expenditures to be incurred on the project. 

(d) Using a suitable computer application, create a neat and accurate Network Diagram for all the tasks in the MEC Ethylene Cracker (Table 2). Assess all the acceleration options provided in Table 3 and indicate which should be adopted and which should be avoided. Explain your reasoning in each case with direct reference to the network diagram and assess the financial implications.
