For the purpose of the assessment, you can choose the case study on “Crown Resorts” provided in the appendix. You are required to take the lead role in organisation development exercise to ensure that “Crown Resorts” are more effective over time in achieving its goals. You have to carefully analyse and interpret the detailed strategic as well as numeric/financial information and complex ideas related to problems within and external to “Crown Resorts”. After understanding their needs, you have to propose an organisation development plan to the company board or to the management. In doing so, you are to complete and submit a report. However, if you know a better organisation or an organisation where you have worked or are working and if you feel that the organisation has some fundamental challenges and you can contribute in changing the organisation, you may choose that organisation. The report should be prepared in a professional, word processed format and should use clear and precise language to develop information. Use the template provided to you for consistency. It must be between 1500 to 2000 words and it must include the points given in the assessment.
